I hereby assume the risks of participating in the Cayman Islands Buildup Race Series, October 18, November 1 and November 15, 2008. I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for participating in this event, and have not been advised against participating by a qualified health professional. I will assume the responsibility for any damage to or loss of personal property while taking part in these races.
